I can work with you on a one to one basis, generally I work from my gym at Heyford House but also use the local area as well as our extensive gardens. We can set your goals and start your journey.

Come as a pair, be that your partner or friend, it has the advantage of making you turn up as you won't want to let your partner down and it splits the cost which these days is always helpful.

If you are able to get a group of like minded people together then I am happy to train you as a group, by using circuit based exercises everyone can work to their own level.

I run a couple of open groups each week, at present 1815 Monday and 1000 Tuesday, these are both controlled with a WhatsApp group so we know roughly who is coming, we tend to go out for the first half hour and return to the gym for the second, but it's always changing depending on weather and who is in the group.
