Discover your inner strength

This specialised breathing technique is a powerful tool. It delivers immediate mental and physical benefits, yet you remain fully in control of the intensity at all times.

The method is underpinned by your mindset. It alters every breathing session and every moment in the cold. By setting focus, you change the outcome not only of the practice, but of your life as a whole.

Me and the method

I started by reading Wim's book, felt a resonance, and jumped straight in. The mental calm I experienced from day one is what has kept me practising daily ever since.


After meeting Wim on an expedition in Poland (that’s us in the selfie above), I decided to share the practice with a few friends and clients one Sunday afternoon. I immediately saw how it benefitted everyone in different ways, inspiring me to become an instructor. That original group still meets weekly, with over 60 people now in our local community.


I have been teaching the Wim Hof Method for over two years now and am an Advanced Instructor. I would love to meet you, pass on the method, and welcome you to the community so you can experience the benefits for yourself. Read on to discover how you can join me here at Heyford House.

The method and you

In its simplest form, this might look like a daily cold shower and three or four rounds of breathing, with your mind focused entirely on the process and your body's reaction.


This was my entire practice for the first year. It has led to over four years without a cold, significantly higher energy levels, and a newfound resilience to stress.
