I'm a Personal Trainer but have always run since I was about 12, I'm not a great runner but I keep going, I've completed many marathons and ultra marathons but fully understand that's never likely to be your goal but it has given me an understanding of how hard it can be to attain your goals.
I try to encourage functional training so we will cover all the main muscle groups in a session with emphasis on supporting muscles as well. I want you to be able to fully enjoy what life throws at you, be that a cycle ride, a game of football or for some a walk to the shops and getting out of that chair.
For those that are keen I'm happy to incorporate boxing into your sessions, this not only great for general fitness but also for proprioception and for many, self esteem.
I am also a 5th Dan black belt in Freestyle Martial Arts and teach this in Deddington on Wednesday nights, term time, but can also teach one to one as a private session.
