A quiet day on the PT front but did some more work on this website went for a 5k in the vibram 5 finger shoes with a dip in the river on the way back followed by 5 minutes in the ice bath, looking at ways to access my inaccessible photo library in order to populate this website with better photos.

December 2023

Time flies when you ignore your website, I've now qualified as a Wim Hof Method Instructor and have the first courses lined up for January.

So now it's January 2024 so not good at keeping up here, lots has happened in the last year, I have completed my training with Dr Susanna Soberg and am qualified to teach contrast therapy, sauna and ice bath as well as installing a sauna here.  The Wim Hof Method is continuing to attract people who are all finding its multiple benefits.
